Peace Tours/Just A Drop
In honor of the seventh anniversary of 9/11, this week’s show is focused on peaceful travel and philanthropic travel. We start with the International Institute for Peace Through Tourism which is inaugurating Peace Tours next week. In the second half of the show, we talk with the founder of Just A Drop, an organization whose mission it is to provide clean, accessible water to everyone by building wells around the world. We end with a dashing explorer who has just returned from an expedition to do just that in Ecuador.
