This week Rhio and Leigh interview Michael Saripkin, the Raw Gourmand. After a chance remark from his doctor comparing him to a cow, Michael decided he was going to eat like a cow and in the process discovered that he wasn’t the only one out there eating Nature’s raw food. While losing 103 lbs. (with another 50 to go) Michael also brought his blood pressure, blood sugar and other health markers to normal. He reversed his sleep apnea, type II Diabetes, sore legs and back, fatigue, chronic colds and got off all medications.
