Gail has initiated a wonderful permaculture paradigm in her community, that can adopted in other parts of the country by people who want to become less dependent on the supermarkets for their food and explore the possibilities available to them in their own communities for sustainability and self-sufficiency. When food prices skyrocket even more than they already have, we will be happy that we have adopted this model… or at least been introduced to it.
